The INFORMATION NETWORK, after a time of silence, will again be seen in our houses and our hands. It will appear on our bulletin boards and, as before, it will be a motive of conversation, shared joy and formation.

It will make us feel close and in solidarity with each other. It will foster our "family spirit" because it will be a new link in the chain of the process of communication started in 1997.

The XV General Chapter stressed the importance of communication and this interest will be echoed by the Information Network in its new stage. For that reason, we want to present the new structure of the Company Web page.

 
 

 

 
Since we have the opportunity to "put out into the deep",
let us do it with determination,
making good use of the means that our Web page gives us, remembering that…
  
   
 
a) a) It covers two aspects:
  • · Information
      Specific information
      Greater knowledge and understanding between Provinces, communities, Projects and individuals
  • · Instrument of communication and inter-change
      Audio message
      Forum
      Video-conferences (for the future)
       

 

b) It will be aimed at two levels:
    1) The level of the Company, which encompasses:
    • Communication from the General Team:
        Letters from M. General
        General Team's Calendar
        General Team's visits to the Company
    • Forum offering an opportunity of exchanging ideas and opinions
    • Emails from religious, with different possibilities for seeking
    • Sharing by the communities
    • Anniversaries in 2004: Golden and Silver Jubilees, Deaths and Birthdays (a new section in the process of elaboration)

 

    2) An "open" level, which will composed of the following:
    • Knowledge of the Company: Who we are, our history, where we
      are, (links to the Provinces…)
    • Laity: a space for the Lay Network, Former Pupils, writings of
      people, who collaborate with the Company
    • Young people: a space with Articles about the evangelization of
      young people, Projects with young people in the Provinces, relationship between those Responsible for Youth Work, an opportunity for young people to express themselves

Let us not forget that
communication is everybody's responsibility.
It is everyone's job to contribute
to the sections of our Web page,
because we can only read and share what is sent…
We have a lot of life to give
and it will help all of us
grow as Universal Company
